ALPINE
The Alpine car company is owned by Renault Group. Alpine, which has a rich history in sports cars and racing cars, was originally founded in 1955 by Jean Rédélé. It has been closely related to Renault throughout its history, and Renault acquired it in 1973. The Alpine brand was relaunched in 2017 with the introduction of the new Alpine A110.
In January 2021, Renault merged Renault Sport into Alpine to form an Alpine business unit
