The CLA Shooting Brake is a premium compact estate (tourer). It measures 4,723 mm in length, 1,855 mm in width, and 1,468 mm in height. Its “shark-nose” front and frameless doors emphasize a sporty, aerodynamic silhouette with a class-leading drag coefficient of 0.21.
Platform Architecture
Riding on the Mercedes-Benz Modular Architecture (MMA), the CLA uses an 800-volt system for peak efficiency. The 250+ model features an 85.5 kWh nickel-manganese-cobalt (NMC) battery. It achieves an efficiency of roughly 12.2–15.2 kWh/100 km and sprints from 0-100 km/h in 6.7 seconds (4.9 seconds for the 350 4Matic).
Technical Capabilities
The “MB.DRIVE” suite offers advanced assistance, including Distance Assist DISTRONIC, active lane changes, and 360° environmental monitoring. The cabin is dominated by the MBUX Superscreen, a pillar-to-pillar glass panel powered by the new MB.OS with AI-enhanced voice control.
